So, we *finally* heard back from the vet regarding Matilda's visit last week.

Good news: the area around her tooth extraction remains stable (yay!) so no signs of further tooth or jaw issues.

Bad news: some pockets of fluid were seen in her sinuses (boo) and the swab culture came back positive for bacteria, suggesting now a sinus infection and they recommend antibiotics via nebulizer.
