As a confirmed carnivore, I've been pleasantly surprised how good Impossible burgers are -- and also surprised by how *little* of the burger-eating experience the patty is. By the time I'm done putting pickles and jalapeños and mustard and everything else on there, I genuinely can't tell the difference.
