No person can MAKE you feel anything. Each person's feelings are 100% their own responsibility & a result of their own internal judgements & evaluations. That isn't to say it's great to go around trying to piss everyone off, but it is critically important to recognize that other people's feelings are not your responsibility. Some of the most messed up & abusive people work really hard to make it seem otherwise, because then when they are hurt or offended, you owe them something.
