Finally ran my Pilot VP dry after over 3 months. It never hard started or showed any signs of drying out (unlike my VP knock-offs A1/A2/J10). It has a stub nib so I figured it would go through ink pretty fast.

Since it's empty anyhow, I cleaned it and set it aside for one of the colorvent inks.

I doubt I'll be able to resist opening the colorvent calendar early at this point, since I'm not sure how much time I'll actually have each day in December.
