For morning: Cup of 'instant breakfast' powder drink for breakfast (or petit dejeuner), followed by a can or so of Cherry Pepsi Zero (that has been poured into a jug the night before to de-fizz). Then an hour of video game to wake up my brain. Then lunch (or second breakfast) of a sandwich. Then a hot bath with another CPZ. (Eating often makes me cold so I love a hot bath after.) Dry hair, shave, get dressed. Then dinner (elevensies?) because I'm hungry again; what it is changes based on availability but is currently a cheap microwave hamburger. (I tried adding a side dish consisting of microwave mac&cheese but either I'd forget to make it, or I'd make it, but forget it in the microwave until the next time I used it. Plus I found it better to have in between meals when I need it anyway.) Then another hour or two of video games because the hot bath and food make me sleepy and I want to go to bed, but that screws up my sleep, so the games keep me awake.

Then I'm ready to start my day. Although there's many things that can screw that up.

Yes, I realize. I've had way too long to customize this bad-rut-habit and I've worked for years on trying to change it to little effect.

Then there's a similar 2-3 hour winding down process before bed too.
