Brie Mmm (npub1n27…cdr3) I think it was the other guy (Umnik) who wanted to use the towers for gradual change, but at the same time it’s hinted that it was merely pretext for Maksim who saw it through - blowing up the towers wasn’t originally planned by Umnik.
