Ozouni (ใ้็ ฎ) is basically a mixed vegetable soup with mochi (sticky rice cakes) we eat in the new years. โ้โ (zou) means โcasual,โ and there are many versions, depending on the regions or families. โ็ ฎใโ (niru) means โto simmerโ btw.
Mine is, of course, plantBased. I just use whatever is in the fridge and Mitsuba which gives the subtle flavor of the early spring.
