This evening I sat down to develop a roll of film for the first time in a few weeks. It's odd to say, for what amounts to a chore, but I've missed it.
Put some music on, sit on the bathroom floor, and just hang out for an hour. Without noticing it, the task has transformed to a quiet time for me to step back, relax, and take a breath.
