I hate pointing finger honestly coz I did not see's what actually happened BUT I have this gut feeling that I know "who" SPLASHED WATER over my cat that somehow just passing through (My cat's routine almost everyday aside sniffing grass) I know my cat's not aggresive to people besides he's opposite, he will sprint fast back in my room if theres people🥺 Doing it on purpose?.. Targeting my cats..
