Made black bean burgers for the first time tonight! They're honestly better than I anticipated. The recipe I followed called for baking them in the oven--they seem a bit charred or at least over done. I might just let them chill in the fridge then pan fry them as needed.
I'm also making some new chocolate chip cookies! I used coconut sugar which I've been curious about for ages.
