After about 3 or 4 years with a smart TV I can confidently say android TV Is not even pre alpha ready.
I could go on and say why. But honestly, it would be difficult. It's not a "this part is bad" situation. Is a "there is NOTHING here worth saving" situation.
It's ONLY function it's to allow tv vendors to better customize the spam it shows.
It's a simple interface. There is not a single reason on this world for it to have any delay. Much less seconds of it.
