There’s government $$ for developing new yearly or more often Covid vaccines (for the scaredy cats among us 👋🏽) & also testing and treatments, all of which are sold at a profit. Also, Covid & Long Covid keeps For-Profit Health Care systems at full capacity—like planes & hotels, empty beds are bad for the bottom line.
