why do you want to run Citrine? see below. additionally, i'll add that i sometimes use Citrine to publish notes if i happen to be offline or have bad service that i can later rebroadcast when i'm back online.
If you're using Amethyst, you set Citrine as your local relay and it will save a local copy of all your notes and replies. Set it as your private home relay and it will save your drafts and app settings. Set it as a search relay and you'll be able to search all your saved content. It's an invaluable tool that every Android user should run.
