My wife has been having issues with her work laptop for months.
She's been given 3 separate Dell laptops (all the same model number), and every single one’s USB ports have failed.
The IT team are insisting that you must use a Dell mouse and Keyboard for it to work properly?? Isn’t the clue in the name though?? Universal Serial Bus (USB)??
I’ve never known anything like it. You plug it in, it get's recognised, works for a second then fails! 🤬
