my best vacations when I was younger involved backpacking in the wilderness for a week. There was something magical about being out there having to carry everything I needed, without anyone else around except my group, and sleeping under the stars. When I was younger I could also fall asleep anywhere. Now that I'm older and have a hard time getting to sleep I'm not as interested in camping 😝 But it was lots of fun.
