Gonna say it now… the returning villains in #DoctorWho show why companies like Nintendo need to more willing to bring back semi obscure fan favourite characters and villains.
Because no one cares if they don’t recognise a returning character. If they’re fun to watch/play and work well in the story or game, then they’re just an awesome new character as far as those people are concerned.
