Is there a tool out there that converts a podcasting 2.0 chapters json and transcript file into an ffmpeg text file for creating a video that shows your chapter art and transcripts? I feel like it would be fairly simple to build, but didn't want to try and reinvent the wheel if someone smarter than me has already done it. I see that RSS.com has a tool that does something like I am thinking about, but it has their branding on it. I think it would be cool to just run locally or on a vm.
