yeah, i think building up from csv makes a lot of sense!

re: headers, prioritizing cells instead of rows is wiser, or at the very least a mechanism to declare a column as well.

a typical default in a screen reader is to announce the column header any time you move the screen reader’s ‘cursor’ to a new column, and same with rows… can be quite easy to get lost without those relationships present.

but yeah, it is definitely not an insurmountable problem
