we were lucky to keep power and not have much flooding or damage in immediate neighborhood.

this morning I took a brief walk with Pig to golden gate park and saw that a huge tree toppled and took a number of others with it in the redwood grove by the rose garden. sad thinking about it. will walk more in park later to see rest of damage
