The company could have documented this better--the rep said the 2019 offer came with a five-year term before renewal, but I don't see any mention of that in my e-mails from 1Password then. Now the term between reconfirmation is two years, but at least I now know this process is a thing.
That said, I have to compliment 1Password support for replying to the e-mail I sent Sunday evening at 7:20 a.m. EDT this morning, then getting everything squared away by 9:19 a.m.
