Come to China, it's mentioned and has been daily since 1949! The ccp also funded such "Japanese atrocities" museums across SE Asia. My grandfather was in the military during that period of the second world war and his experience was first hand but to see generations of mainland Chinese, the youth to this day, with such utter pathological contempt and hatred towards Japan is testament to the success of the ccp's adoption of the narrative. At risk of committing treason it's more likely the ccp hid away during the real battles and it was predominantly the Nationalist government and army who did the real fighting.😉
I do share your view that the German National Socialist period and it's instigators receive a knee-jerk association with the worst of authoritarian states while images of communism and it's instigators are easily bought as fridge magnets and trendy caps.
