since it's getting to the cooler season that means stew and simmered things!
I made a large batch of lentils with red radish leaves and other seasonings. It's so comforting with rice.
For lunch I had leftover beef stew and threw in some kimchi when I reheated it so it was kinda like a kimchi stew
