Well, we've done the first (in part) and the second has been widely tried in the UK... certainly the Q. of teachers for thesis pupils is an issue, but again, there are some great special needs to teachers, but the problem persists.... my feeling is that all responses have been school-centred, not pupil-informed.... my good friend, an ex-Head Teacher has done a lot of work on trauma-informed education responses, and is sure children's experience of trauma(s) is key
