A different frame I found a few months ago that I prefer is momentum. Daily practice is still important. Unlike a streak, a short interruption isn't a problem as long as I have a good head of steam and resume practice soon.
To me anyway it feels more forgiving while still encouraging me to keep practice as consistently as I can manage.
