Capitalists are warning us that commercial real-estate is an "economic bomb" waiting to go off. In their broken little minds, there's nothing we can do but go back to work in person. Of course, we could just seize the properties and turn them into housing, solving two of the nation's worst problems in less than a year (houselessness and housing shortages).
The solutions to our problems are easy and obvious.
