The older generation do mainly. The ones that grew up there when it was soviet. But they still had a sense of Ukranian identity it was just heavily suppressed during that time. I have said this before but literally everyone there speaks Russian. Some speak both but usually it's Russian. Except now a lot of people have switched to Ukranian from what I gather because they want nothing to do with Russian anything. My mom was told she was russian in school and would get in trouble for speaking Ukrainian. It was looked down upon. I have a photo of her from when she was in school and there is a picture of Lenin and a book that just says RUSSIAN LANGUAGE on it lol
