I’m heading to London to work from the office tomorrow morning. I don’t often do this as it’s 2.5 hours of travelling but I’m running the 55km Ultra London on Saturday morning.

I’m all packed now so it’s real and I’m absolutely bricking it.

I’ve never run 55km and certainly not in up to 28 degree heat. However I’ve done the training and I’m relatively injury free. Bring it on! #running #ultralondon #trailrunning #ultramarathon
