Should definitely be possible for Masto clients to not only automatically show who has unfollowed you, but (using a different account) who has blocked you. I use an alternate account to occasionally check up on posts from someone I interacted with a lot months ago, who suddenly blocked me for literally no reason. 🤷🏻♂️
