I was walking all crooked, my body wanted to curl to the right, I felt like an arthritic old woman this week. My chiropractor got me more straightened out today. My pelvis was twisted. He thinks after my appointment on Monday I should be mostly back to normal!
All because I moved a medium weight box at an odd angle, my back was like nope, you are going to pay for that.
