Just remember - the reason that life is imitating #cyberpunk and #SciFi #dystopian media is because the billionaire tech powermongers are using that media as a playbook, not as the cautionary tale that it was meant to be.
They think they can bring those visions to pass but "fix" all the "bad" elements of those stories. They think they are infallible and capable of becoming the tech gods they envision themselves to be.
