Question for all you home breadbakers out there. Whenever I make bread, it seems to not last more than a week or so before it starts to mold. Now I know I live in a relatively humid area and currently it's definitely the wet season and shit is raining. But this happens even during summer.
Do I just need to eat my bread faster? Or can I put like a humidor pack in my bread box or something? Is there any technique that someone can point me towards to kind of extending the shelf life of my bread That doesn't include putting a bunch of bullshit in the dough?
