Earlier this year, I decided to incorporate daily #yoga into my routine. It has been a game-changer for me as practicing yoga has helped me get back in shape.
Now, tasks that require several hours of outdoor work are no longer a concern. Doing a yoga session afterward helps minimize the discomfort I used to experience.
Just to be clear, I'm not trying to encourage people to do yoga, I'm simply explaining that because I practice yoga, the physically demanding tasks of maintaining outdoor compost are no longer a problem for me.
