White Markets - Legal products being sold from businesses operating legally. Example: Buying tomatoes from Walmart or Publix.

Grey Markets - Legal products being sold from businesses operating illegally or vice versa. Example: Buying tomatoes from a farmer's market is unlicensed or in a residential area breaking zoning laws.

Black Markets - Illegal products being sold from businesses operating illegally. Example: Buying drugs from dealers.

Red Markets - Illegal products being sold that involve harm to another person. Example: Human trafficking

The reason I am making this post is because I am sick of people confusing what they consider to be black markets but are in reality red markets. It's up to you to debunk narratives by correcting people when they discuss "black markets." Remember that legality is not the same as morality.
