♥️ It's beautiful that you posted that, because you were judging yourself and then you saw you were doing this and it seemed to me that you stopped punishing yourself and just saw the facts and what you want to change. you are dealing with a lot right now, and even if you were not, you can make "mistakes" and look at them without punishment - but even being judgemental can be understood and embraced and then you can drop it. I'm celebrating here all the perceptions and spaces it opens (for me it was very helpful).
