"content": "#woodworking question - advice please! I got a decent wetstone this Xmas and have been learning how to sharpen my chisels. Happy with the sharpness but they're not straight. I think this is due to the honing guide which has a kink when fully tight, and doesn't seem designed for the straight sides of my chisels. Firstly, is this inconsistent slant a problem? And if it is, do I need a better guide?
