I really deeply wonder why investors are falling yet again for the latest buzzword given all the outright problems AI has.
For one, any differentiation any company claims to have today probably won't exist in just a few years, given how fast the pace of advancement is. We're likely just a few years out from an open source ChatGPT equivalent.
Second, all these models are built on a house of cards and trained on copyrighted data. Soon as the laws catch up there, that's out.
