solstice. the sun is standing still. and in many ways, it feels like we are too. paralysed and yet moving full steam ahead towards a future over which many of us feel we have no control.

whether you're entering the darker times or awaiting a return to the light, i just want to say that whatever you're feeling is ok. if you're feeling bad, i wish you weren't, but equally, you don't have to celebrate or feel full of festive joy if you just can't. this has been a hard year after some other hard years, and it's A Lot.

please be gentle with yourselves, and i hope that whether you need the energy of an awakening sun or a the quiet of a sleepy one, you find your path.

i hope that we all find our collective path, strength, and hope.
