We posted a job, I've gotten a fair number of emails/linkedin messages from recruiters offering to help with my job posting, or send me candidates.

The ones contacting me asking for a detailed job description though. They kill me. The link to it is everywhere I've posted the job.

This just feels like foreshadowing for what working together would be like. I give them details, they ignore them, ask me to fill out a form.
