If it were that bad, they’d cancel school. Once my friend and I, deciding that it was so bad they would cancel school, spent the morning digging a snow cave.
We did have some good snowstorms then. I remember the big storm of 02/06/‘78, shut down the East coast from Boston to Phila. It took a week to get Providence RI open and they sent snowplows and dump trucks from Buffalo.
It’s going to be really bad in the future. Be prepared!
