#KDE #Plasma has settings, on top of settings, on top of settings.. ..but at least it's possible to have a more traditional layout and look.. ..once you ditch the icon-only task manager buttons in favor of the icons-and-text buttons and use the Plastik window decorations instead of the Breeze decorations.. ..Plasma's text rendering is great, both my PlexMonoMod and PlexSansMod fonts look extra-sharp..
