With the pirate party probably losing their only seat from Germany, Germany & France electing more right-wing parties to parliament (with France's president just announcing re-elections which will likely also impact the position in the EU Council), #chatcontrol seems far more probable than a few days ago.
I've only really been paying attention to German/France, but if it's the same in other countries, things are not gonna go well.
