Canadians, watching, appalled, by what's happening south of the border, take this as a lesson in what happens when people don't vote. There is never a perfect party, but there damn well is a party that should never have power. Keep reminding your friends, relatives, and neighbours of this: do you want to be ruled by a loud, appalling minority over voting for a party that falls short but at least keeps moving in the right direction? The US had an opportunity to have good things. Instead?
