"content": "Should I be drinking coffee to be healthier? I heard @GaryBrecka recommend drinking 1 to 3 cups of coffee a day. I don't drink coffee and I don't do caffeine on week days. On weekends I'll sometimes add 100mg of caffeine into a quart water bottle and drink that if I'm feeling sluggish. I generally get enough sleep, drink 3qts of water a day, and have enough energy. I eat moderately healthy focusing on less seed oils, less ultra processed foods, more animal protein. I fast about once a month. Sometimes over 48 hours but usually just 24 hours. I do a multitude of vitamins and minerals. If I feel good is there any reason to consume coffee? Or is caffeine in water just as good? How would that compare to drinking bone broth or tea?
