if we're dreaming big - i would just feed everyone the most decadent meal they could think of, and encourage them to thoroughly enjoy it.
if we're thinking practically - i'd give them something book-related they can actually use. like one of those page-holders that allows you to read with one hand, so you can keep reading while you're eating.
