A day later and an hour earlier — November 7, 2023, 9pm — dog walk at the edge of the woods. It's 55°F (12.8°C), even warmer than last night. It will cool down eventually, but the new pattern is more warm days and nights later into the fall. Locally, ticks (and Lyme disease) are more-or-less a year round phenomenon now. Seems like there are more crickets than last night — listen. In shorts and flip-flops again. That should not be the case. #ClimateChange #ClimateDiary
