Each VLAN has separate IPv4 (some use RFC1918 and then NAT to a specific /32, other VLANs have a /28 so each device gets it own /32), and separate IPv6 /64s.
The IP addressing seen by Netflix for traffic from our TV is going to be different to that from a mobile device, as they're on different VLANs.
