Coming up, I've a story about gentrification in #Austin. Locally, the city is forcing through changes to its land use code in a matter of months, the kind that normally take years to pass. More broadly, our city faces unique problems but is part of a national crisis of affordability, housing shortages and displacement that doesn't have easy answers under our current system.
