And when you think about it, it's actually quite unwise from a business perspective to simply exclude 6% of the population. People with disabilities rely on the web more than others. They prefer to shop online rather than go out and get their purchases locally. And yet, these very people are being excluded just because website owners and operators are too ignorant? Dumb, just plain dumb.
