You know...something I have heard from students lately is 'I don't want so and so to be mad at me for not getting this right' (usually refering to something learning related.) Its really SAD to me that a learning environment has been created that is so harsh that kids worry more about who will be mad at them if they get the answer wrong or if they struggle than about truly learning the material and finding joy in learning.
