Over the course of a year, the morgue in Mexicali started testing all of the testable bodies that came in -- whether it was a murder, suicide, car accident, etc.
They found that 23% of them had fentanyl in their bodies. (By contrast, in LA -- where there's admittedly a significant fentanly problem - that figure was only slightly higher, at 28%.)
